Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

WARNY & Cie SPRL
Talstrasse 16–18
4780 Sankt Vith
Belgium
Email: info@odcube.eu
Phone: +32 80 22 14 80

ODCUBE is a brand of WARNY. If you have questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us using the details given.

2. Provision and hosting of the website

Our website is hosted by EUREGIO.NET AG, Büllingen (Belgium), on servers in Belgium. Backups are located in Brussels and Wirtzfeld. No additional CDN or proxy service such as Cloudflare is used for this website. The hosting provider’s contract documents include a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and a description of the technical and organisational measures.

When the website is accessed, technical connection data is processed, in particular your IP address, so that the requested content can be delivered to your browser. The server stores logs (server logs) containing the IP address, the page visited, the date and time and information about your browser. The address visited may contain the selected product version. The server logs are used for technical operation, error analysis and security and are deleted after 7 days.

In addition, the statistics program AWStats is active on the server. It analyses access to the website on the server side, including visitor numbers, page views, access times, browser information and IP addresses. AWStats does not set any additional tracking cookies and is not an analytics service running in the browser, such as Google Analytics. The existing statistics go back to 2016.

3. Contact by email or phone

The website has no contact form. You can reach us by email or phone using the contact details in section 1.

Clicking an email address or an email button opens the email program on your device. Some buttons prepare a subject line and, for a product enquiry, details of the selected product, such as the item number, the selected product features and a link to the selection. You see and edit this information in your email program. The message is only sent once you send it yourself; it is sent via your own email service.

When your email reaches us, WARNY processes the personal data it contains to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry. This may include your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry.

Clicking the phone number opens your device’s phone function, if available; the call only takes place once you start it yourself. If you call us, WARNY processes the information you give us during the call to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry.

If it concerns an offer or a contract with you, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply; our interest lies in handling your enquiry.

We keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and beyond that only insofar as statutory retention obligations apply.

Providing your data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot answer your enquiry.

4. Cookies, browser storage and external content

This website does not set cookies and uses neither Local Storage nor Session Storage. We do not use any analytics services running in the browser, such as Google Analytics, or advertising tracking, and do not embed content from other providers, such as maps, videos or social media features. For server-side statistics, see section 2. Fonts, images, videos and the software library for the 3D view are loaded from our own web server.

The “Copy link” function places the address of the selected product version only on your device’s clipboard. The product selection is reflected in the page address. The website does not create any additional entry in Local Storage or Session Storage for this.

Our pages contain a link to www.warny.com. That website is only accessed when you click the link; its own privacy policy applies there.

5. Recipients and transfers to third countries

The recipient of personal data is our hosting provider (see section 2).

6. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR) and the rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, you can use the contact details given above.

Right to object

Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Belgian Data Protection Authority:

Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit)
Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Phone: +32 2 274 48 00
Email: contact@apd-gba.be

7. Automated decisions

We do not take any decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
